Description:    

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Direct and monitor station’s programming and activities in conformance with FCC rules and regulations, company policy and applicable federal, state and local laws.
2. Plan and oversee all on-air programming and production in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate with all departments to plan and execute marketing, promotions and image campaigns.
4. Handle day to day scheduling of all music aired on the station in coordination with the Operations Manager.
5. Audition and hire on-air talent.
6. Schedule staff for on-air shifts, remotes, and appearances.
7. Attend weekly and monthly meetings.

Requirements / Qualifications:

1. Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred.
2. Four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations.
4. Valid driver’s license.
5. Ability to be flexible and work under short deadlines.
6. Ability to perform as On-Air Announcer.

Description:

maintain relationships with clients by providing top quality customer service.  Investigate and resolve

customer problems.  Communicate with other departments to assure quality service in placing orders, and

arranging remotes and promotions.  Collect prompt payment from clients.  Maintain required records and

paperwork.  Attend sales staff meetings and training sessions.  Attend remotes for clients.  Set, submit,

and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals.
